Hello Dearie!

Wont' you join us for some Fall Festivities?  The Plum Pickens Fall Show starts tonight!  I know 2 fabulous days of shopping!   I saw a sneak of it last night... too much goodness!  I will be there tomorrow, I hope to see you there!

New stuff!

Go on, check it out!  You know you want to!  I have been busy this weekend creating and listing.  Yes, that's right, LISTING!  My weekend adventures are now up for grabs. 

I met up with my good friends on Thursday to do a little shopping.  My old home town of Blair, NE has a rummage sale once a year at the fair grounds.  When I was in school, it used to be in the bus barn.  Wow times have changed!  There was so much stuff, they had to move it to a larger location.   Anyways, we braved the rains and the crowds and shopped to our hearts content.  I found so much great stuff, so much that I decided to share, (yeah I know I'm shameless!)

It's hard to believe that people really do get rid of some of these things.  At least they were kind enough to donate it so that someone else might enjoy it!  All in all, a great weekend of shopping and even creating! 

Coming up this week, I will be working as a wandering educator at one of the local schools.  Fortunately, it's in art, so hopefully it will be a good week.  Then it's off to Omaha for not one, but two shows.  First is Disney on Ice.  Second, Plum Pickens Fall Show (see flier in previous post for details)

Well, I had better get some much needed rest.  Happy creating (and shopping!)

The leaves are falling...

Ok, not quite yet, but it's getting close.  And to celebrate, the artists of Plum Pickens are hosting the annual Fall Open House!

I am so excited.  We have not 1, but 2 days of Fall and Halloween cheer to share.  I hope to see you there!

Oh Happy Day!

To all the grandparents... Happy Grandparents Day!  Take a look at what my 4 Year old drew!
On the back it says this is a picture of me, Mark, Grandma, and all my other grandmas.   Sad to say that he did fail to mention the 2 Grandpas as well, but they are drawn in the picture.  Yep my babies have 3 sets of grandparents!  This weekend, we are on a quest to visit all of them to celebrate my baby turning 4!  Man time does fly.
